Specialized art programs have been significantly reduced in most primary schools, leaving it up to homeroom teachers to teach the arts. With limited time and resources available to teachers, creative arts are often left behind. At what a mess!  we would like to give your child the opportunity to see just how fun it can be to create.

About our Founder

Goldie Madeley attained her Masters of Teaching from Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia and is a certified elementary teacher in Ontario.  Goldie and her husband call Oakville home and are proud parents of two elementary school aged boys who love creating works of art and lots of mess too.  Prior to pursuing her passion for teaching children, Goldie enjoyed a rewarding fortune 500 career.  She also ran a successful ceramic painting business while living for 2 years in Vancouver.  "I am thrilled to launch a business that ties together my interests and experiences and I hope that Oakville's parents and children enjoy making a mess as much as I do."
